Sign up here & Activate your account, or contact us and we will be happy to do it for you.

Complete the Pet & Info tabs on your client portal.

We will be in touch with you within 48 hours to verify you're within our service area, go over your pet sitting needs, and help you schedule your services.

Schedule A Service
Find the dates and times that work for you and schedule a visit.

Once your services are booked, you will need to download and complete our Questionnaire and Service Agreement. These forms are ready for you to fill out and sign digitally.

Make sure to fill out our Emergency Medical Authorization under clause #3 on the Service Agreement.

Please send back the completed forms in a Private Message on your Time To Pet Client Portal under the message box where it says “add attachment.” Contact us if you need more help.

Pay A One-Time Registration Fee
Before services can be provided a one-time Registration Fee of $30 will be collected up front and in full. Additionally, all paperwork must be completed and signed before your consultation.

Schedule a Complimentary Consultation
*Please note that pet sitting & dog walking services are not guaranteed until after a K-9 Kats’ Consultation has taken place.
Once we have received the completed paperwork, we will collect your registration fee and arrange a consultation date. Please note that consultations take approximately 60 minutes and include a walk-through of your residence, as well as documenting your pet’s routine & your home care instructions. Most importantly, this is an opportunity for us to meet with your pet(s) and learn about their temperament, medical history and favorite activities.
Download our user-friendly mobile app Time To Pet. Going forward you will be able to correspond with us, request future services, receive pet sit updates & pictures, and pay your invoices through this app. Please use your client portal user information to log into the app.
